Business Head – Global Capability Center (GCC Practice)

Job descriptionHave deep experience in GCC setup / shared services / BPM transitions . Be well-connected in the industry. Be comfortable building the practice from zero , initially working as an individual contributor. Negotiate with global CXOs and manage large-scale operations. 15–22 years in GCC setup, shared services, BPM / BPO transitions, or India entry consulting. Strong experience with Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models. Ability to build a new business from scratch. Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Background in BPM, consulting, or shared services preferred.
A fast-growing BPM organization is launching a new Global Capability Center (GCC) practice and is looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this business from the ground up.
📍 Location : Noida (Delhi NCR)
💼 Role Level : Business Head – GCC
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the full P&L of the GCC business (revenue + profitability).
- Bring international clients who want to set up their back-office, tech, or shared services in India.
- Set up new delivery centers — choosing location, hiring people, ensuring infrastructure, compliance, and smooth transition.
- Work with multiple partners like real estate, HR, legal, and technology players to make the setup happen.
- Drive the entire project end-to-end — from pitching to clients → onboarding → execution → operations.
