Job description

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of 10-15 years in business development, with a focus on cloud and AI

product sales to government entities.

  • Demonstrated expertise in partnership building and strategic relationship management.
  • Experience in driving sales for digital platforms or transformation initiatives, preferably in a
  • B2C or B2G context.

    Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputed institution is preferred.
  • Years & Type of Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on digital
  • transformation and AI-driven solutions.

  • Extensive experience in engaging with government entities and managing large-scale sales
  • cycles.

    Domain Expertise

  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, AI-driven solutions, and their application in
  • government and enterprise contexts.

  • Expertise in digital platform integration and user engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape of digital transformation services in India.
  • Digital & Operational Tools

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing business
  • development pipelines.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize sales performance.
  • Knowledge of digital collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and project
  • management software.

    Leadership Capabilities

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of closing high-value
  • deals.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align business development efforts with organizational
  • goals.
