Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business analysts, security teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed use cases for IAM solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ features such as :
a. Lifecycle events (joiner, mover, leaver)
b. Access certification
c. Role management
d. Policy enforcement
e. Workflow customization
Develop custom connectors and integrations using Java and BeanShell scripting.Build, maintain, and enhance technical project plans, assisting with resource allocation and timelines.Participate in solution design and architecture sessions.Develop and execute unit test cases, integration tests, and end-to-end test plans to validate SailPoint configurations and customizations.Provide technical support during testing and deployment phases.Create documentation for configuration, architecture, and process flows.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint components and integrations.Present and translate complex technical concepts and recommendations clearly to non-technical business users and leadership.Required Skills and Experience :
45 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).Strong Java programming skills.Familiarity with IAM concepts such as :a. Identity lifecycle management
b. Access requests and provisioning
c. Role-based access control (RBAC)
d. Compliance and certification
e. SOD policies and enforcement
Experience in developing and customizing workflows in SailPoint IIQ.Understanding of integration methods (APIs, Web Services, etc.) for enterprise applications.Experience working with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and directory services (LDAP).Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Educational Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.Preferred Qualifications (Good to have) :a. SailPoint IdentityIQ certification.
Experience with other IAM tools (Okta, CyberArk, etc.).Knowledge of security standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI / CD, Git, Jenkins).(ref : hirist.tech)
