About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a solid background in Java development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet enterprise security and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in requirements gathering, use case development, and solution design for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
Develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components, workflows, rules, and connectors.
Create and maintain technical project plans, including task breakdown, timelines, and resource allocation.
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of IAM solutions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SailPoint deployments.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and security teams to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4- 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint technologies, specifically IdentityIQ.

Strong Java development background with solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

Experience with IAM concepts, provisioning, governance, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Ability to analyze complex security requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of translating technical details to non-technical audiences.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
