Job descriptionResponsible for the development and implementation of emergency response plans. Conduct safety audits and inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and safety risks. Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root cause and corrective action. Initiating & completing the EHS periodic environmental monitoring as per the tracker in coordination with the external agencies. Interacting with regulatory authorities like KSPCB, KGWA, NPA and other local bodies for legal compliances. Preparation and submission of monthly / quarterly / Annual reports to above said authorities on time. Responsible for internal & External / Regulatory / Customer EHS audits & compliance. Ensure effective operation of ETP, Wastewater management, Treatments & utilization. Responsible for, General, Hazardous & Biomedical waste management & disposal. Responsible for preparation of SOPs & documents related to operation. Ensuring conducting of Internal / external Trainings as per the schedule. Should be well versed with HAZID & HAZOP studies.
