Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and enrolment of employees under group insurance schemes
- Liaise with corporate HR teams to collect and verify employee and dependent data
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the insurer s and internal systems
- Manage mid-term additions, deletions, and endorsement requests
- Conduct awareness sessions or webinars for employees on insurance benefits and claim processes
- Troubleshoot queries and coordinate with insurance partners to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of enrolments, timelines, and discrepancies
- Collaborate with the customer success, sales, and tech teams for process improvement
Requirements
3+ years of experience in insurance, HR services, or employee benefits domainExcellent communication and client servicing skillsProficient in MS Excel and insurance or CRM toolsStrong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesExperience handling high-volume data processingIRDAI license (or willingness to acquire one)Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a broker or insurance tech startupExposure to working with enterprise clients or large-scale employee groupsSkills Required
