Senior Process Manager Roles and responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Deployment of website to staging and production environment

- Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch or by modifying existing ones.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to WordPress sites, plugins, themes, and integrations.
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality
- Establishing and guiding the websites architecture
- Work with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (PHP, MySQL).
- Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services into WordPress sites.
- Collaborate with the design and UX teams to implement responsive and visually appealing website designs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and code reviews
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in WordPress development.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, SEO, and user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage server-side configurations and collaborate with DevOps or system administrators to ensure seamless deployment.

Technical and Functional Skills
Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of experience of WordPress development. Should have worked on at least 2 projects.Strong understanding of PHP back-end developmentGood understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQueryExperience building user interfaces for websites and / or web applicationsExperience designing and developing responsive design websitesFamiliarity with deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).Experience with cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsersAbility to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pagesKnowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and MercurialSkills Required
