Zycus - Lead Manager - Product Marketing

Zycus is looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager . We are a leader in cognitive procurement and are looking for an experienced Product Marketing individual as part of our endeavor to drive the next phase of growth.

The role entails product messaging and positioning , competitive intelligenc e, and liaising with cross functional teams to ensure better commercialization of our flagship products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise software / SaaS product marketing with a proven track record of developing differentiated messaging and positioning. Experience in the areas of AI / ML and automation product marketing is desirable but not necessary.

Job Description :

1. Product messaging : Develop and revamp product messaging along with relevant stakeholders. Ensure that messaging for differentiating features proliferates and establishes brand identity.

2. Product launch : Contribute and lead product launches / new releases and work with the product management team for planning, release, and go-to-market initiatives.

3. Competitive intelligence : Ensure that appropriate competitive intelligence is captured and leveraged by sales and other teams. Create new assets and revamp existing ones.

4. Product-centric thought leadership : contribute towards development of product-centric thought leadership and drive effective distribution via various marketing channels.

5. Subject matter expertise : develop subject matter expertise in cognitive procurement, and AI / ML capabilities.

6. Sales and partner enablement : contribute towards sales and partner enablement initiatives. Ensure that product marketing assets are utilized for driving commercial outcomes.

7. Strategic initiatives : Lead ideation and delivery of strategic initiatives leveraging PMM assets, these include roundtables, thought-leadership webinars, virtual events, partner events and others.

8. Content marketing : provide ideas to content marketing to proliferate product-centric messaging and competitive differentiation, function as a subject matter expert for development of content market assets.

Skills And Expertise :

1. 10-12 years' overall experience and 4-5 years' experience in enterprise software / SaaS product marketing, with demonstrated experience in developing differentiated messaging and positioning for a dedicated platform / product suite.

2. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) with good understanding of SaaS and various architectural paradigms. Master's degree in business or engineering preferred, but not necessary.

3. Excellent written and communication skills.

4. Strong project management and organizational skills. Should be able to effectively work across cross-functional teams.

5. Knowledge of AI / ML and automation software.
