Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Executive with over 5 years of experience in supporting high-value proposals, RFP / RFI responses, and client-facing solution pitches. This role demands not only strong coordination and communication skills but also an understanding of technology landscapes, emerging digital trends, and the role of AI in enterprise transformation. You will play a key role in supporting the sales and bid management process by preparing high-quality documents, presentations, and client collaterals.
Responsibilities
- Proposal & RFP / RFI Support
- Assist in the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals by structuring content, formatting, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Support in identifying win themes and tailoring responses to client needs with a focus on digital, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Client Presentations
- Create well-structured and visually engaging presentations to support client discussions.
- Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to translate technical capabilities (cloud, data, AI, ERP / CRM, low-code, etc.) into clear business benefits.
- Technology & Market Awareness
- Stay updated on technology trends across Cloud, Data, AI, Low-Code, ERP, CRM, and emerging digital platforms.
- Build awareness of how AI and automation are reshaping enterprise solutions and incorporate this knowledge into proposals and presentations.
- Research client, competitor, and industry trends to enrich proposals with contextual insights.
- Sales Collateral Development
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of case studies, capability decks, brochures, and other reusable sales assets.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and highlight the company’s innovation in AI and digital transformation.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with sales, marketing, solution, and delivery teams to gather inputs, validate details, and build accurate, client-ready documents.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time submission of proposals.
- Quality & Compliance
- Perform quality checks on documents and presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and client alignment.
- Support adherence to internal bid governance and review processes.
Requirements
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 5 years in presales, proposal support, or bid coordination roles.Tools Expertise : Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with collaboration / project management tools is an advantage.Technology Understanding : Awareness of enterprise technology stacks, AI applications, and digital modernization trends.Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.Attention to Detail : Proven ability to structure, edit, and review content with accuracy and consistency.Collaboration Skills : Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.Growth Mindset : Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
