Key Responsibilities :
Source and manage listings, collecting property information and coordinating marketing materials.
Stay current on Dubai’s real estate rules, regulations, and market trends.
Organize and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through final agreement.
Monitor transactions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.
Proactively follow up with clients after viewings and maintain strong relationships through regular engagement.
Generate leads and new business opportunities through the company database and personal networking efforts.
About You :
Minimum one (1) year of sales experience or basic sales knowledge
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Professional, reliable, and presentable, with strong interpersonal and networking abilities
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to work smart, succeed, and earn great rewards
Active on social media or open to promoting both yourself and the company online
Possess a valid UAE driving license or able to obtain one within 3 months of joining

Up to 100k : 50%
100-150k : 55%
150-230k : 60%
230-300k : 65%
300k and above : 70%
