Position- General Insurance Trainer Experience : 5+ years Location : Noida Role : Individual Role

CTC : upto 4.8 lpa CTC

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Insurance Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs that build product knowledge, sales capability, and process expertise for our field and support teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and comply with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Training Needs Identification (TNI) :

  • Collaborate with department heads, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and define clear learning objectives.

Training Program Development :

  • Design and develop comprehensive training modules covering General Insurance products, processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Create structured training schedules and manage the logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Training Delivery :

  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales teams, customer service agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure practical, application-oriented learning with role plays, case studies, and real-world examples.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through key business metrics and make adjustments as needed.
  • Content Management :

  • Maintain and regularly update training materials to reflect changes in insurance products, industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and business processes.
  • Leverage a mix of learning methods – e-learning, video content, in-person sessions, and multimedia resources – to maximize learning engagement.
  • Evaluation & Feedback :

  • Develop assessment tools (quizzes, case studies, role plays) to evaluate participant understanding and skill acquisition.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously enhance training content and delivery approach.
  • Performance Impact Tracking :

  • Measure and report on the impact of training interventions on business outcomes, such as sales performance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in corporate, behavioral and soft skills training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and adapt training strategies to different audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
