Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Hyderabad. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting sales training programs, developing training materials, delivering presentations, and facilitating workshops. Day-to-day tasks will include training and development of the sales team, improving sales techniques, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The Sales Trainer will also monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Ability to design and implement effective training programs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others
Experience in the education industry is a plus
