Job description :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue in the domestic market.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and key industries, conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact, and addressing their ongoing needs and concerns.
- Proactively prospect and engage with new leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to develop tailored solutions and address client challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products / services.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing revenue potential.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends, providing regular updates to senior management.
