About Newton School

On one side you have over a million college graduates every year with barely 5% employability rates and on the other side, there are thousands of companies struggling to find talent. Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through its personalized learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of the employability of graduates.

We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IITs and IIM, having several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, and Microsoft - among others. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and a slew of angel investors including CRED's Kunal Shah, Flipkart's Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan's Sujeet Kumar among others.

Key Responsibilities :

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement scalable demand generation strategies across channels (email, LinkedIn, paid media, webinars, etc.)
  • Drive qualified leads, optimize conversion funnels, and reduce CAC

Content-Led Campaigns

  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-impact assets : case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and videos
  • Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted outreach initiatives
  • Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and run A / B tests to optimize results
  • Sales Alignment

  • Partner closely with sales and key account teams to understand buyer personas and enable outbound initiatives
  • Develop marketing collateral that supports sales enablement
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and lead-to-close ratios
  • Share regular performance insights and recommendations with leadership
  • Qualifications :

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record in demand generation, ABM, and campaign management
  • Strong grasp of marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for creative storytelling
