Role : Brand Growth Partner

Location : Bangalore / Delhi

Responsibilities / What we're looking for :

• No Selling and Pitching !! Surprised We don&apost believe in selling, but in engaging with partners and helping them grow.
• Engage with D2C and mid-size brands and help them achieve growth via alternate channels
• You will be the "Main Hoon Na ! " for all your accounts
• Discipline and Hustler attitude are a must - We are an early-stage startup and you will be managing, we mean, enjoying a lot of fires : )
• Ownership : Yeah , we know ! Another JD jargon, But we mean it. We are a nimble team, but ownership will grow your career at a rocket pace. Promise !
• Good communication skills - While we dont expect you to compete with Mr Shashi Tharoor , but ability to discuss the solution with clarity without beating around the bush is generally appreciated.
• 2+ years of prior experience engaing with D2C / mid-size Brands. Apologies, lack the bandwidth to train someone currently, so freshers need not apply.
• Expecting you to be comfortable with fast-paced startup environment and yes , lots of ambiguity. Founders are generally infamous for changing decisions abruptly and we are no different. But we will acknowledge and humbly accept it with proper reasoning.
• Bonus points if you have worked in fintech / martech / payment / checkout spaces
