Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, addressing queries and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining client records. The role involves regular communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and implementing strategies to improve client relationships and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Client Management, and Relationship Building
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Manage Multiple Clients and Prioritize Tasks
• Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Positive Attitude, Patience, and the Ability to Work Under Pressure
