Automation Engineer - Python, Java and Automation Developer

Responsibilities :

• Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail where required.
• Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements.
• Design and develop automation process solutions in accordance with standard automation design principles and conventions.
• Create and maintain solution documentation in a GXP compliant manner.
• Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes.
• Communicate with automation tool vendors on software-related issues, suggested improvements, and participating with other users in the Automation community.
• Work within project planning constraints and provide timely updates.
• Maintain a current knowledge of Python, Automation and related technology trends.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and practices across the organization including commercial, manufacturing, medical, digitalX and support other transformation hubs and practices as appropriate, to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support to internal users troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system uptime as soon as possible.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize performance security and maintainability of existing automation systems.
• Participate in the continuous delivery pipeline. Adhering to DevOps best practices for version control automation and deployment. Ensuring effective management of the automation use case backlog.
• Work closely with leads / architects and be resourceful in resolving challenges, however seeking guidance and help when necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Regularly monitor performance of applications and identify bottlenecks.
