Training Manager [Urgent]

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced real estate sales professional to take on the role

of Training Manager for our Builder Channel team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in residential real estate sales and a passion for developing and

mentoring sales teams to drive performance and productivity.

This role combines hands-on sales expertise with the ability to design, deliver, and monitor

impactful training programs that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify sales training needs and skill gaps across the Builder Channel team.
• Design and deliver training programs focused on residential real estate sales,
• customer engagement, objection handling, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with business leaders and sales heads to develop targeted learning
• interventions addressing real-world sales challenges.
• Conduct learning programs for new sales employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance
• metrics.
• Create and publish dashboards / reports tracking training KPIs, adoption rates, and
• business impact.
• Work closely with bottom-quartile performers to design customized improvement
• plans and enhance overall productivity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and new sales methodologies to
• integrate into training.
