Key Responsibilities :
Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop data-driven media plans tailored to client goals and objectives.
- Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.Monitor performance to ensure achievement of KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA).Conduct A / B testing to refine creatives and boost campaign effectiveness.Analytics & Reporting
Utilize GA4 to track and analyse campaign performance.Create detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal teams to align campaign strategy with overall messaging.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing insights and updates.Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.Strong expertise in media planning, buying, and campaign optimization.Proficiency with GA4 for performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.Experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
