About the Role

We're looking for a sharp and ambitious Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our in-house performance marketing team. You'll be part of a high-energy team managing ₹2 Cr+ in monthly ad spend , driving growth for fast-scaling D2C brands across multiple categories.

This is not just a campaign-execution role — you'll be expected to strategize, experiment, and own performance outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a focus on driving scalable ROI.
Work on manual bidding strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Analyze campaign performance daily, diagnose issues, and take corrective action.
Collaborate with video editors and guide the creative direction (hooks, angles, messaging, formats) based on data-driven insights.
Work closely with the founders and marketing team to design testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and offers.
Stay updated with platform changes, competitive landscape, and best practices.

Requirements

2+ years of experience running Facebook / Meta ads in the D2C / e-commerce space (either brand-side or agency-side).

Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns (₹30L+ monthly spend) .

Strong understanding of manual bidding, campaign structuring, and scaling strategies.

Solid creative sense — ability to guide video editors / designers to produce performance-first content.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.

Hunger to scale campaigns, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
