Job Title : Travel Sales – OMS (Times of India)

Location : Mumbai — Full-time

Role Overview

Responsible for driving revenue through content-led and integrated marketing solutions for travel and tourism clients across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch and close content and marketing solutions across print, digital, social and event-led platforms

Manage the complete sales cycle : prospecting, solution design, proposals, negotiation and campaign

Build and maintain relationships with travel brands, tourism boards, destination marketing companies and travel-focused agencies

Coordinate with editorial, creative and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely execution

Track campaign delivery and prepare performance updates, post-campaign reports and case studies

Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Experience and Skills

3–5 years of experience in media, content or integrated marketing sales

Proven experience selling branded content or integrated campaigns in travel, hospitality or tourism

Existing relationships with decision-makers in the travel sector

Strong commercial acumen, proposal development and negotiation skills

Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management

Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment

Selection Criteria

Consistent revenue delivery

Strong conversion ratios from pipeline to closure

Repeat business and account growth in the travel category

Ability to deliver multi-platform content solutions within the Times of India ecosystem

Preferred Background

Experience in travel-focused publishers, lifestyle media, tourism marketing teams or agency-side travel accounts

Key Performance Metrics

Monthly revenue delivery

New client acquisition

Renewal and upsell rates

Average deal size and closure timelines
