Job Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our holiday packages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell Dubai holiday packages to potential customers through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer travel preferences and design tailored itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to confirm bookings.
- Prepare accurate quotations and travel documents for clients.
- Maintain relationships with repeat and corporate clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on Dubai's attractions, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality).Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or package management (preferred).Strong knowledge of Dubai destinations, attractions, and travel formalities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms (if applicable).Perks & Benefits :
