Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Travel Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, booking travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, coordinating car rentals, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients, providing travel advice, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Reservations and coordinating Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in handling Car Rental services
• Sales experience and ability to drive revenue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
