Job description???? Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex SQL Server stored procedures for operational efficiency. Design and manage data models to support mortgage servicing analytics. Create insightful Power BI reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions. Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy. Support ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making across departments. ????️ Required Skills & Tools Strong proficiency in SQL Server and stored procedure development. Expertise in Power BI report creation and data modeling. Solid understanding of relational databases and performance optimization. Experience working with large datasets and business-critical reporting. ???? Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 4–8 years of hands-on experience in data analytics roles. Prior exposure to mortgage servicing or financial services is a plus.
