Role Overview :

• The President - Operations is the seniormost leader at the manufacturing facility, accountable for overall performance and long-term operational strategy.
• This role carries full P&L ownership, responsibility for regulatory and statutory compliance, and the mandate to drive productivity, efficiency, and culture across the factory.
• The President will act as the critical link between the Board / MD and the entire factory workforce, ensuring alignment of plant operations with the company's vision of becoming a globally trusted name in personal care and pharmaceuticals.
