Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions for attracting, retaining, and developing employees.
  • Conduct performance management reviews and provide coaching to managers on best practices in people management.
  • Analyze reporting metrics to inform data-driven decision making in HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position within the internet industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to India's employment laws.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders across multiple functions.
