Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions for attracting, retaining, and developing employees.
- Conduct performance management reviews and provide coaching to managers on best practices in people management.
- Analyze reporting metrics to inform data-driven decision making in HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
6-10 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position within the internet industry.Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to India's employment laws.Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders across multiple functions.Skills Required
