Role : Provide enterprise-level system administration and support for Windows environments, ensuring stability, security, and ITIL-compliant operations.

Responsibilities :

• Administer Windows servers and VMware infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and authentication services.
• Support HPSA and event management tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure SLAs.
• Provide escalation support for L2 / L3 issues.
