Roles & Responsibilities :

• Devise Sales strategies for our clients
• Devise Incentive plans, R&R etc for our clients
• Analyze key metrics like average handling time (AHT), agent utilization, FCR, Effort Score, CSAT, Conversion funnel etc.
• Devise & suggest solutions to grow our clients revenue by multi folds
• Devise Training plans / frameworks for clients
• Potential travel to Client Site as per need basis
