What You'll Do

  • Business Development & Client Partnerships : Drive client acquisition by developing and executing a targeted BD strategy. Lead pitches, negotiate commercial terms, and build long term relationships with marquee clients.
  • Strategic Talent Advisory : Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, craft precise job descriptions, and deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Sourcing & Market Mapping : Identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals. Provide insights on hiring trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Industry Networking & Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends by engaging with senior stakeholders and leveraging data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.
  • CRM & Execution Excellence : Keep recruitment pipelines organised, ensuring seamless execution and optimal talent placement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience & Expertise : 2-8 years of experience in B2B sales, executive search, research, or talent advisory.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : A self-starter with a drive to build, scale, and innovate in a high-growth environment.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : A strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bias for Action : A results driven professional with a track record of excellence in academics (Tier 1 MBA - IIM / ISB / XLRI / IIFT / MDI or Top Grad schools - IIT, NIT, Stephen's, SRCC, LSR, Hindu), performing arts, or sports (National / International level).
  • Passion for Talent Strategy : Enthusiastic about executive search, leadership hiring, and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
