At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique / specialist firms for the execution of their key projects

Our client, a global consulting firm, is supporting a leading consumer goods company in the kitchenware and kitchen appliances category to accelerate topline growth through strengthening sales and distribution capabilities.

The client is looking to onboard two hands-on Sales Consultants with strong experience in sales & distribution (general trade) to support sales execution and expansion across priority markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with branch managers and zonal managers to execute sales acceleration initiatives
• Conduct data analysis and prepare insights to guide local sales strategies
• Undertake regular market visits to assess on-ground realities and identify new opportunities
• Support distributor / channel engagement, influencer management, and market expansion initiatives
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track growth progress
• Contribute to capability-building for client sales and distributor teams

Other Information :

Number of Roles : 2 Consultants.

Duration : 12+ months (extendable).

Location : Bangalore (1 consultant may be based out of Delhi / Bangalore, 1 from Tamil Nadu / Bangalore).
