Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager based in Dehradun. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service for all guests. Responsibilities include budgeting and financial planning, supervising food and beverage services, maintaining operational standards, and driving business growth. The role requires strong leadership to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure efficient functioning across all departments of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in General Management and Business Management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and guest satisfaction strategies
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to maximize profitability
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Hospitality industry certifications or qualifications are an advantage
