Role Overview : As an
Inside Sales Executive
at Team Variance you will be responsible for
generating and qualifying leads,
engaging with prospects over phone / virtual channels, presenting the company’s solutions, and driving pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound leads
generated by marketing and web channels : respond promptly, conduct discovery, and qualify opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting
via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
Present Team Variance’s solutions
and map client needs to our services.
Collaborate with marketing & solutions teams
to convert leads into pipeline.
Maintain CRM records
with accurate notes, lead status, and next steps.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
and drive revenue growth.
Assist in proposals / quotes
and follow-ups in coordination with technical teams.
Monitor competitors and market trends
to provide feedback for improvement.
Participate in sales meetings
and contribute to forecasting & pipeline strategy.
Required Skills & Background :
Experience :
1–3 years in
inside sales / business development , preferably
B2B, tech services, or digital marketing .
Communication : Excellent
verbal and written skills , confident engaging
senior stakeholders
on calls and virtual meetings.
Sales Skills : Strong
listening, questioning, and presentation abilities
to uncover client needs and articulate solutions.
Tech Savvy : Familiarity with
CRM systems
(HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools (dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
Driven & Goal-Oriented :
Comfortable with
targets and KPIs , proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Team Player :
Able to collaborate across
marketing, solutions, and delivery teams , while working independently when needed.
Hours per Week : 40-50 hours
