Role Description
This full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative is based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts to achieve customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with prospects, understanding customer needs, maintaining communication with existing clients, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
Familiarity with SAP products and digital transformation solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
