Job Title : Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products / services.
Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, products, and service features.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details :
Working Days : 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Time : 9 : 30 - 6 : 00 PM
Salary Range : Up-to 5 LPA
