The Impact you will create in the Job :
- Develop and manage sales pipeline of new clients and opportunities (within
- EComm, D2C, Retail, EdTech, FinTech domains)
- Drive overall deal closure and new MRR through accurate forecasting and
- commitments for North India market
- Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes
- Build execute account strategy for revenue growth
- Lead contract discussions / negotiations
- Institute training learning / development processes to continuously raise
- the performance level of account executives
- Work closely with cross functional teams within Netcore as the primary
- liaison for the North India Hunters team
- Monitor SFDC hygiene and drive process adherence through CRM best practices
What do we look for :
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the marketingautomation or SaaS industry.Exposure to industry verticals including (but not limited to) D2C,E-Commerce, Retail, EdTech, Fintech, Media, Gaming, etcStrong understanding of the customer engagement and experience landscape.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Ability to prospect independently and build a funnel / pipeline of leadsand opportunitiesExperience with Salesforce CRM and advanced SFDC hygiene and forecastingabilityMust have experience carrying a quota of INR 18L + MRR for at least thelast 2 yearsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience with marketing automation platforms.Experience with lead generation and qualification tools such as LinkedInSales Navigator, SimilarWebExperience with developing and executing sales strategies.Skills Required
