Senior Manager / AGM - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our in-house recruitment team. This is lead role with leadership responsibilities, where you will guide recruitment initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure that hiring goals are met with excellence.

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all recruiting efforts to support multiple businesses to proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking and recruiting agencies etc.
• Coach and mentor a team of recruiters and enable them to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for diverse technical roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with organizational needs.
• Encourage innovation, enhancements and efficiencies in current and new recruiting processes and systems
• Drive employer branding initiatives and leverage non-traditional sourcing and marketing channels to attract top-tier talent
• Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to fulfil business needs
• Develop and implement methodologies for recruitment dashboards and supporting analytically-driven practices to optimize performance.
• Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed
• Enhance and streamline existing recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
