POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Administrator to oversee and support our enterprise IT infrastructure. This role involves managing complex network environments—including Cisco switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers—while ensuring robust security, backup, and redundancy strategies. The ideal candidate will provide L2 / L3 above level support , maintain systems across Windows, VMware, Azure, and Office 365, and handle software installations and system tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco switch stacks, Cisco ASA and FortiGate firewalls, site-to-site VPN, and load balancers (Can be in any firewalls)Assist with day-to-day information security tasks, including firewall and security device administrationMaintain security, backup, and redundancy strategiesProvide L2 / L3 above level supportManage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, including Windows, VMware, Azure, and Office 365Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools (e.g. monitoring, patching, anti-virus, etc.)Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolutionMust be able to work in 24x7 production support environmentREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
