We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows UEX (User Experience) Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows administration, networking, performance tuning, patch management, and Windows upgrades in production environments.

Additionally, the candidate must be flexible to work in shifts following the US holiday calendar, with the majority of work time in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities :

• Windows Administration : Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, including server and desktop environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Networking : Configure and troubleshoot networking components such as DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory, ensuring seamless connectivity and communication across the network.
• Performance Tuning : Optimize system performance through tuning parameters, monitoring resource utilization, and implementing best practices for system optimization.
• Patch Management : Plan, deploy, and manage Windows updates and patches in production environments, ensuring compliance with security policies and minimizing downtime.
• Windows Upgrades : Plan and execute Windows upgrades in production environments, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Customer Support : Provide customer-facing support, handling technically challenging and politically sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
• Leadership : Demonstrate leadership skills in resolving customer issues, providing guidance and support to junior team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
