Job Title : Marketing & Sales Executive / Manager – Home Textiles (Walmart Division)

Location : Head Office (Mumbai) – with frequent travel to Padgha Factory

Department : Business Development – Walmart Division

Reporting To : Head of Business Development – Walmart Division

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales professional with strong experience in the home textile industry . The role involves managing and expanding Walmart business accounts, coordinating with internal teams and factories, and ensuring timely execution of orders while building strong customer relationships. This is a mid-level position that provides direct exposure to international retail clients and large-scale business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with Walmart and other assigned clients.
• Support the Head of BD in handling business requirements, negotiations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Prepare costing sheets, and sales presentations for client meetings.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business strategy.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the head office and Padgha factory teams for production and shipment follow-ups.
• Contribute to new product development and range building specific to Walmart requirements.
• Handle documentation, approvals, and compliance-related processes for international business.
• Support in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
