Position Overview :

Cloudflare is seeking an experienced & strategic Leader in Bangalore, India to establish and lead Infrastructure Engineering team in India as we expand our presence with Global Hub in Bangalore. This strategic role will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the team in India, while ensuring alignment with Cloudflare&aposs global Infrastructure strategy and standards.

• Establish and maintain efficient operational processes and systems to drive productivity, quality, and scalability.

• Imbue the Cloudflare culture of accountability, a growth mindset, and getting things done
• Provide strong support to the team and ensure they are set up for success across functions.
