Job descriptionSTRATEGIC PLANNING : Leads developing & implementing strategic plans of IT infrastructure to support organizational goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency. BUDGET MANAGEMENT : Manages the IT infrastructure budget to ensure cost effective solutions and validates expenditures to align with financial goals. VENDOR MANAGEMENT : Builds & maintains relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. SYSTEM MONITORING & MAINTENANCE : Oversees & guides continuous monitoring and maintenance of IT systems to guarantee optimal performance & availability. SECURITY & COMPLIANCE : Guides the implementation of security protocols to protect IT infrastructure from threats & maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- 5+ years in application portfolio management; creating of product and application owners to fully understand and build platform hosting solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft and Amazon cloud services; preferrable in transitioning workloads and applications.
- 3+ years in implementing and consolidating technical solutions into more consistent and modern platforms and uses.
