As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms

Optimize performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce CAC

Lead A / B testing of creatives — including ad copy, visuals, and formats — to discover breakthrough campaigns

Leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting

Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums

Who We’re Looking For

✅ 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands

✅ Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets

✅ Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics , and attribution tools

✅ A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills

✅ Confident in taking ownership — from setting strategy to leading execution

✅ Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction

Salary Range

INR 5 – 7 LPA , based on experience and skillset.
