Role Overview :
We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to architect our brand journey from the ground up. This role goes beyond sales to focus on brand creation, storytelling, PR, and consumer engagement , while supporting the setup of foundational retail and digital channels. You will own the marketing roadmap
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Building & Positioning
- Define brand purpose, visual identity, and storytelling strategy to create strong differentiation in the luxury home space.
- Lead creative campaigns that showcase craftsmanship, heritage, and artisanal collaborations.
- Develop a cohesive brand book (visuals, typography, color palette, messaging) to ensure consistent identity across all channels.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Build a 360° marketing roadmap (digital, offline, influencer, PR, events) with emphasis on awareness, desirability, and brand love over pure sales.Spearhead partnerships and collaborations with designers, stylists, and craft collectives to create aspirational narratives.Plan and execute launch campaigns for the flagship store, digital platforms, and limited-edition collections.Establish the brand’s social media voice and content strategy, focusing on high-quality, editorial-style storytelling.Public Relations & Influencer Relations
Build PR relationships with design publications, lifestyle media, and industry thought leaders.Curate high-visibility events and collaborationsIdentify and nurture influencer partnerships to authentically connect with niche, premium audiences.Digital & Consumer Engagement
Oversee e-commerce content, visual merchandising, and performance marketing with a focus on brand-building metrics (engagement, brand recall) before aggressive sales.Implement CRM systems to develop early adopters into brand advocates and create personalized consumer journeys.Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Build and mentor a lean marketing team (design, content, PR, performance marketing) that can scale as the brand grows.Work closely with design, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling across touchpoints.
