Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our staffing services across the US market. This is a hunter role focused on building relationships and closing deals.
Primary Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition : Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts across various industries
Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR directors, and C-level executives
Market Research : Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to create targeted sales strategies
Proposal Development : Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Required Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or HR services
Track Record : Proven success in new business development with measurable results
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of US staffing industry, labor laws, and hiring processes
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technology : Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales tools
