The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic leader and hands-on growth driver who can own the entire
demand generation engine while also doubling up as our Digital Marketing Head. This role
blends sales pipeline creation with digital brand building — turning marketing into a predictable
revenue machine.
You'll lead high-impact inside sales, performance marketing, and brand campaigns, using
the latest AI-driven tools to drive awareness, generate quality leads, and ensure seamless
alignment between marketing and sales. You'll have the mandate to shape WINIT's presence
across India, the Middle East, and other key markets — selling our SFA, DMS, Merchandising,
and AI offerings to enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
Demand Generation Leadership
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, and
account-based marketing.
Build and manage a high-performance inside sales team to consistently exceedpipeline goals.
Design high-conversion sales playbooks and workflows in alignment with revenuetargets.
Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.Track and optimize pipeline metrics — from lead to close — to maximize ROI.Digital Marketing Ownership
Lead the digital marketing function — from brand strategy to execution — acrossLinkedIn, Google, SEO, and other channels.
Oversee website optimization, ensuring high performance, SEO best practices, andstrong conversion rates.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads,etc.) targeting enterprise decision-makers.
Direct the creation of high-impact marketing assets — case studies, thoughtleadership content, videos, and landing pages.
Build and grow WINIT's LinkedIn presence into a top-of-mind brand for SFA, DMS,Merchandising, and AI in enterprise sales.
AI-Enabled Growth Execution
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepResearch, AI-driven SEO tools, marketingautomation platforms) to speed up content creation, campaign optimization, and lead
scoring.
Use AI analytics for audience insights, personalized outreach, and competitiveintelligence.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead cross-functional alignment between marketing, inside sales, product, and customersuccess.
Mentor and grow a team of marketers, inside sales reps, and content creators.Run weekly performance reviews with clear actions tied to results.What You Bring
10+ years in B2B demand generation, inside sales, and digital marketing, with at least 5years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling lead generation and marketing programs in complexenterprise sales cycles.
Strong understanding of SFA, DMS, merchandising, or enterprise SaaS sales.Ability to own both pipeline creation and brand building simultaneously.Hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and CRM / marketingautomation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Strong analytical mindset — able to turn data into decisions.Proven ability to sell value and benefits through marketing messaging.Experience in AI-powered marketing and sales enablement tools is a big plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial, proactive, and driven to deliver measurable results.Why WINIT
