- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project sand portfolio management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and portfolios.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
