The Accounts Receivable team is part of the Finance Operations pillar which is responsible for executing day-to-day operations (Accounts Receivable, Credit management, Collections and Cash Applications) for our clients. We protect and lead all aspects of corporate assets by establishing a control framework and audit environment and ensure those frameworks are implemented and followed.

Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA initiatives for the Accounts Receivable (AR) process supporting SBH. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across AR operations, including Credit Management, Collections, Cash Applications, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of AR workflows, and experience in managing QA frameworks within finance or shared services environments.

Position Requirements

• .Internal-Facing Role : No direct interaction with clients
• .Read-Only Access : Required for all Accounts Receivable processes-Collections, Cash Application, and Credit Management-to prevent any Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts
• .Standard Shift Hours : Must align with Indian Standard Time (IST) US shift timings are not applicable

Fixed-Term Assignment : Temporary role with a duration of 6 months
