The Accounts Receivable team is part of the Finance Operations pillar which is responsible for executing day-to-day operations (Accounts Receivable Credit management Collections and Cash Applications) for our clients. We protect and lead all aspects of corporate assets by establishing a control framework and audit environment and ensure those frameworks are implemented and followed.

Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA initiatives for the Accounts Receivable (AR) process supporting SBH. This role ensures accuracy compliance and efficiency across AR operations including Credit Management Collections Cash Applications and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a deep understanding of AR workflows and experience in managing QA frameworks within finance or shared services environments.

Position Requirements

Internal-Facing Role : No direct interaction with clients

Read-Only Access : Required for all Accounts Receivable processesCollections Cash Application and Credit Managementto prevent any Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts

Standard Shift Hours : Must align with Indian Standard Time (IST); US shift timings are not applicable

Fixed-Term Assignment : Temporary role with a duration of 6 months

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA frameworks and SOPs for AR including Credit Management Collections Cash Applications and Reporting

Monitor AR transactions for accuracy timeliness and compliance with client-specific and regulatory standards.

Conduct regular audits and root cause analysis to identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with AR Credit Treasury and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.

Train and mentor AR team members on QA best practices and compliance protocols.

Manage documentation and ensure alignment with SOX and internal audit requirements.

Liaise with client stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and continuous improvement is achieved.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters degree with a major in Finance and Accounting.

Experience in AR finance operations and QA management.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and QA tools.

Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Experience working with US-based clients or in a BPO / shared services environment.

Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications

Proficiency in Excel Power BI or other data visualization tools.
