Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical SAP expertise, a strong understanding of finance processes, and the ability to translate finance business requirements into comprehensive IT solutions. This role involves working across a wide range of SAP modules and ensuring seamless integration and data flow.

Principal Responsibilities

Leverage expertise in SAP modules (FI / CO / SD / MM) to design and implement integrated solutions.

Analyse dependencies and data flows between SAP modules to optimize processes.

Manage master data and transaction data, with a focus on data migration for 'mixed company codes'.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business model and support use cases through testing and validation.

Develop and maintain SAP role concepts to ensure proper access and security.

Implement and support tax units concepts, including experience with different tax units within the same group / holding.

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of SAP systems.

Analyse and optimize existing finance processes to leverage SAP capabilities.

Support data migration efforts and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Operations Skill Requirements

Extensive experience with SAP modules (FI / CO / SD / MM) and understanding of their integrations.

Strong knowledge of master data management and transaction data processes.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Expertise in SAP role concepts and security management.

Experience in implementing tax units concepts within a corporate structure.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international and fast-paced environment.

Highly dynamic and adaptable to critical situation.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate in Financial Accounting (FI) or Management Accounting (CO), would be highly beneficial. Certifications demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise in SAP systems.
