finance, drive growth, and sit at the heart of decision-making.

What You’ll Do :

Partner reconciliation

which involves per loan wise principal & income matching.

• Coordination with the

partner accounts team

for timely reconciliation.

Liaising with auditors

for the quarterly and annual audit, bankers and statutory auditors

the requirements for the board presentation

are delivered.

spearhead preparation of AGM .

Adhering to regulatory and statutory compliance of SEBI / RBI

and other regulatory bodies.

Tracking investments

to ensure they meet the internal rate of expected return.

What We’re Looking For :

We want a builder : someone who sees finance not just as reporting numbers, but as shaping business strategy.

CA or Masters in Finance is preferred

1 - 3 years of required work experience in an NBFC, Bank or similar setup

You’ll work directly with leadership, solve complex capital problems, and help scale the company into one of India’s most ambitious fintech-focused NBFCs.
